je inkarnacija zdravlja kod Srba. Vrlo je raširena poslovica Zdrav
k'o dren. Njegov pupoljak se stavlja u božićnu česnicu i ko ga nadje
biće zdrav cele godine. Njegovim pupoljkom se na Božić prvo pricešćuje
i moli Bog da da zdravlje. Njime se kiti kuća, obavezan je u Božićnom
obredu, njime se kiti pečenica, šara česnica. Plod se upotrebljava kao lek i preventiva protiv mnogih bolesti. |
Dren
is incarnation of health in Serbian mythology. It is used to say “Healthy
as a Dren”. Dren’s bud is in Christmas bread every year and
who founds it will be healthy whole year ahead. Peaple decorate the house
with Dren to keep illness away and it is always in Christmas ceremony,
to decorate the food and bless the bred with it. The Dren’s fruit is in therapy and prevention of several illnesses. |
